Feeling disconnected - from ourselves, our work, our children or partner, our friends - is overwhelming and exhausting. So many of us move from task to task, carrying the mental load for others, and feeling alone. Learning to be present for ourselves, and understanding our journey, is the first step to balancing wellbeing, renewing our energy, and re-establishing a sense of connection.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Florida, and am an endorsed Infant Mental Health Mentor, with over 11 years of experience, working with individuals of all ages. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, perinatal mental health, and infant and early childhood mental health. In my practice, I work with adults, children, couples, and families to support wellness, strengthen relationships, reduce stress, and heal from trauma. I also offer space to navigate many of life's transitions, including the perinatal period, parenthood, and even early childhood. My work is grounded in the understanding that our earliest relationships shape how we experience safety, connection, and emotion throughout life. My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental. I believe healing happens in the context of safe relationships, and I work to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported. Together, we'll build insights, ask questions, and find opportunities for growth. You'll improve your wellbeing, feel renewed, and deepen your sense of connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, you can expect an open and collaborative space where we focus on understanding your unique story and what brings you in. We’ll gently explore your experiences, emotional wellbeing, relationships, needs, and any concerns you have. The session may include brief screenings and supportive observation, always explained and never evaluative. We’ll identify strengths, clarify goals, and discuss next steps so everyone leaves feeling heard, supported, and hopeful.
