What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a combination of talk therapy, breathwork, mindfulness, and creative modalities to deal with unresolved traumas, give you skills to understand what you can not control, and help you become the narrator of what your future looks like. I believe strongly in the power we all hold to imagine a better life and our ability to create it. If you have been thinking about reaching out for support but find yourself putting it off, I encourage you to make the call and see if you want to work together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with individuals and families to identify what is most important in their lives and create a plan to help resolve what can be resolved and navigate issues for a happier, more fulfilled daily life. I function from a stregths based perspective, using a trauma lens to understand issues affecting daily living.
