Beginning a therapeutic journey is a process both vulnerable and brave. I understand how inviting someone into your most personal space can be intimidating, scary, and daunting and you have already taken the first step towards bettering your life. We can begin to heal when our pain is acknowledged and we feel supported. I am here to work with you by providing an empathetic, safe, non-judgmental approach to treatment where you can begin to work on improving your life. I am licensed in Florida and Colorado as a mental health provider, as well as a Certified Addictions Specialist in Colorado. I have worked with diverse populations with an array of issues, and understand all clients have their own experiences. As such, I use an integrative approach in working with individual unique needs. I am passionate about helping individuals who seek to improve their mental health and their relationships.
