I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Practices in my therapy approach. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. I, too, have struggled with my own mental health; We are in this together! I'd love to get to know you and help you reach your treatment goals.
