“I had Jessica as a therapist in 2020 when the state took my babies when I say she is the best i haven’t had a therapist like her it’s challenging finding a good therapist she really dug deep in my trauma and helped me heal well I’m looking for her and i googled her name and found her hopefully I can reach out and receive services thank you Jessica you truly are amazing ??”

Getting to know Jessica Demby

Prior to joining the LifeStance team in May 2021, I enjoyed a rewarding career providing services in the mental health field in multiple capacities, working with children and adolescents within the foster care system, community settings, and adults with severe mental illness in their home environment. Treatment modalities I utilize include cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and motivational interviewing. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology from The University of Houston (2009) and a Master of Arts in Clinical Community Psychology from Texas Southern University (2015). After graduating, I became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and am also a certified cognitive processing therapy provider. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga and attending music events.
