My biggest strength in my therapeutic approach is simply my empathy. I believe that everyone deserves to be seen and heard and that every person's story is significant. As a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, I am a strong advocate for improving your relationship with yourself, reducing risky or harmful behaviors, and finding self-love and empowerment through the struggles you've endured in life. I believe wholeheartedly that you deserve to live your happiest and healthiest life!
What should a new client know about working with you?
Clients can expect a compassionate, warm, and respectful space to share their experiences. Together we will explore the concerns that brought them to therapy today, understand the impact on their lives now, and work to develop an empowering mindset for the future. I aim to provide a non-judgmental, empathetic approach to support my clients in developing insight while continuing to develop practical support skills over our time together.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
