What should a new client know about working with you?

My passion for counseling comes from a genuine desire to help people feel understood and supported as they navigate difficult moments in life. Through my work with students, I have developed a strong understanding of the academic, social, and emotional pressures many teens and young adults face today. I believe that each person has strengths within them and the ability to grow and move through challenges with the right guidance and encouragement.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to counseling is strengths-based and collaborative. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and emotions. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused strategies, I help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts and behaviors while developing practical coping skills for managing stress and navigating life’s challenges
