“Jessica has been instrumental in my mental health recovery. When I started therapy with her, I was on a bad downward spiral. I suffer from PTSD, on top of bipolar disorder. Jessica provided excellent strategies for managing my bipolar symptoms, but how she pulled me out of the trauma I was stuck in, was somewhat of a miracle. Today, I am functioning at a much higher level, and I owe a lot of my success to her.”

Getting to know Jessica Fleeger

Hello and welcome. I'm Jessica, and I am here to help you take the first steps toward changing your life for the better. Even though change can be difficult, we will do this together. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 18 years in the state of Pennsylvania. I hold a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington College, as well as degrees in Psychology and Sociology. I have over 20 years of experience working with adults, couples, teenagers, and families. My clinical interests include supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depressed mood, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anger issues, bipolar disorder, stress management concerns, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, relationship problems, and trauma-related concerns. We'll begin by working together to prioritize the concerns that brought you to therapy. Then I will assist you in identifying skills and interventions to help you change your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as you move toward a healthier and happier life. I will help you set realistic goals for yourself and support you in achieving them, offering a safe environment for you to discuss your concerns. I look forward to meeting you and working with you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our sessions we will take the time to explore and process how you organize your thoughts and feelings. We will put words to your experiences. We will work on healthy decision-making and helping you to understand yourself better. We will process life events and transitions. We will look at your past and present patterns and behaviors and their impact on you. We will explore healthy ways to cope with whatever stress you are facing and help you to become the best version of yourself.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
