Jessica works with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, anxiety, depression, people who have difficulties in their views of themselves/with others. As part of the LGBTQ+ community she also works with clients who are part of the community. She believes that integrating intersectional cultural experience is a vital part of the clinical experience. Jessica has worked at several universities as a clinician and has experience working with adults and emerging adults.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help clients to discover the root of their challenges, and provide assistance with finding ways to improve not only insight, but also ways to make appropriate changes. I have a direct style of communication and utilize humor when appropriate in the therapy space.

Jessica’s process for working with clients is highly collaborative, individualized, and insight-oriented. She believes that gaining deeper self-awareness can be a powerful catalyst for change, and she works closely with clients to better understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be contributing to their current challenges. Because every client is different, Jessica tailors her therapeutic approach to meet each person’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.
