What should a new client know about working with you?

I see women who are in the midst of motherhood, infertility, contemplating becoming a mother, anxiety, depression, trauma, financial stress, career change/challenge, and more. I do accept some insurance carriers, however, all others are self-pay at $150 per session. I am an online virtual therapy practice and can see clients who live in the state of Missouri, Florida, or Utah.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Ready: The first step is to sign up for a free 10-15 minute consultation. This is to make sure I am able to serve the issues you’re facing and answer any initial questions you may have. Set: The next step would be to schedule your first appointment with me. You’ll get new client paperwork after deciding the day and time of your first session. You can start on this step as well if you feel a consult is not necessary. Meet: The last step is to show up and begin the work. Your first therapy session with me is a lot of me getting to know you and understanding your goals.
