Most relevant

wouldn’t know how the doctor was because I was never seen. never received my information for my video call. I called the number for assistance and Rula was no help. Kept my appointment open to just mention that my insurance couldn’t be taken with Rula. After still have my appointment scheduled and Zoc Doc taking my insurance. I wasn’t able to be seen. It’s frustrating to know people with worse case than mine not being seen I wouldn’t know what else to do. Very disappointed.
