Jessica Hudson-Blue, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CA
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, grief, and neurodivergence, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and effective support to individuals navigating complex life experiences. I understand that trauma, loss, ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence can deeply impact the way a person thinks, feels, communicates, connects with others, and moves through the world. My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and empowering. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their lived experiences, identify patterns that may have developed as survival responses, and build tools that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. I believe therapy should be a safe and judgment-free space where clients can show up fully, without feeling the need to mask, minimize, or explain away their experiences. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, grief, major life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I have also worked with first responders, survivors of suicide loss, and individuals who are beginning to better understand their neurodivergent identity. Whether clients are processing painful past experiences, learning how ADHD or neurodivergence impacts their daily functioning, or working to rebuild trust in themselves, my goal is to provide support that feels validating, practical, and individualized. I am passionate about helping clients move from simply surviving to feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to themselves. Together, we work toward building resilience, strengthening coping skills, honoring each client’s unique brain and story, and creating a path toward healing that feels authentic and sustainable.
