Psychotherapist
GA
Do you find yourself overwhelmed by perfectionism, fear of failure, fear of what comes next, loneliness, inner child wounds, wondering what others will think or say about you? Have you had to be the strong one, the one everyone goes to for help, the one that everyone thinks has it all together, so they don't check to see how you are really doing? Are you able to be the light for others, but struggling to find the light for yourself? Are you longing for self-confidence, a strong inner voice, connection, passion, motivation, fulfillment, and compassion? Let’s embark on a journey together to help you discover your light, strengthen your inner warrior, recognize who you are and how you want to define yourself, ensure your emotional needs are met, and heal your inner child so that you speak to yourself with compassion, grace, and positivity. I specialize in helping female adolescents, young adults, and women navigate life transitions, set boundaries, develop self-compassion, and explore attachment wounds and other obstacles that have hindered the ability to feel heard, seen, loved, strong, and valued. I help guide individuals towards being the authors of their own narratives, rather than letting their past chapters dictate how the story unfolds. Let’s collaborate to help you be the main character and the superhero that you need so that you thrive and not just survive. I use a humanistic integrative approach to meet you where you are and to collaborate with you to individualize your treatment for holistic wellness, pulling from a variety of theories and methods, such as person-centered, positive psychotherapy, narrative therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, psychodynamic techniques, attachment theory, DBT, REBT, CBT, Christian and spiritual counseling if requested, etcetera. I am here, ready to be your space and start when you are.
