Jessica considers her orientation to be integrative, as she feels energized to blend talk therapy with holistic practices to activate different parts of our psyche, deepening self-awareness. She incorporates aspects of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Art Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. Over the past four years, Jessica has been privileged to work with veterans, first responders, and their families. Being able to open up dialogues, reduce mental health stigma, build trust, and connect on the unique behavioral health challenges within these communities has been an honor. She feels passionate about holding space for folks who make tremendous sacrifices for our personal freedoms and safety. It takes courage to lean into what doesn't feel good or right.
