What should a new client know about working with you?

My ideal clients are adults and teens who are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or stress, or feeling stuck in patterns they’re ready to change. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning and insightful, yet often overwhelmed, disconnected from their needs, or unsure how to prioritize themselves. They may be caretakers, professionals, creatives, or individuals who are used to putting others first and are now ready to turn inward and explore their own growth. If this sounds like you, I offer a grounded, supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Through a blend of client-centered dialogue, practical tools, and evidence-based strategies like CBT, I’ll help you clarify what’s most important to you, identify what's getting in the way, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels more aligned. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we’ll work toward deeper self-awareness, emotional balance, and sustainable change that honors your values and voice. In our work together, I strive to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and collaborative. My communication style is warm, honest, and down-to-earth—I show up as a real person, not just a professional. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge you when needed, always with respect for your pace and boundaries. The tone I set in therapy is one of compassion and curiosity. I’m here to support you without judgment and to meet you wherever you are emotionally, mentally, or even spiritually. Whether you're laughing through a breakthrough or sitting with something heavy, I hold space with care and attunement. You can expect a balance of deep reflection and practical support, where your insights are honored and your goals are taken seriously. My hope is that our sessions feel like a steady anchor—a place where you can explore openly, feel empowered, and experience real, sustainable growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep curiosity about people and a belief in the power of connection and healing. From an early age, I found myself drawn to understanding emotions, relationships, and the unspoken stories people carry. Over time, that curiosity became a calling—a desire to support others in navigating life’s challenges with more clarity, compassion, and resilience. I’ve always been interested in how people grow through difficulty, how they make meaning, and how they rediscover parts of themselves they may have lost along the way. Becoming a therapist gave me the tools to turn that passion into purpose. Through both personal and professional experience, I’ve come to believe that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process—it’s a deeply personal journey that unfolds in relationship, with trust, safety, and respect. What drew me to this work—and keeps me in it—is the privilege of walking alongside others as they learn to understand themselves more fully, reconnect with their strengths, and create lasting, meaningful change.
