I’ve been a therapist since 2013, and I truly enjoy working with all ages, from small children to seniors. I consider myself attachment focused. We can explore your attachment patterns and discover how your early attachments impact your relationships today. I will work with you to develop healthy coping mechanisms that best suit your individual needs. I have expertise in addressing anxiety and depression, utilizing modalities such as CBT and DBT.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Many of my clients are facing challenges within their family system or romantic relationship. I can help you process these dynamics and work through conflict. Or maybe work is tough, and you’re searching for the next step in your career. Other clients are facing life transitions, and need a safe space to receive support through a crossroad in their life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

For those navigating the elementary through high school years, I can address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns you have about your child. I utilize an approach called therapeutic parenting. I’m a parent myself of two young children, as well as a step-parent. As an Evanston native, I understand the dynamics of growing up on the North Shore.
