Hi, Im Jess My background is primarily in grief, anxiety, life transitions, and emergency psychiatry. I have been able to assist clients in some of the darkest times of their lives. Grief touches us all in the form of losing a loved one, making a big move, the loss of a career, the end of a marriage, and so many other ways. Sometimes when we are at our lowest points we need to know we are not alone. Thats where I can help. When we meet, you will have the safe space you need to process your emotions and sort through your most challenging thoughts.
