All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. My name is Jessica, and I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the past 18 years. I hold a Master?s in Social Work from Syracuse University. I have extensive experience working with individuals, families, couples, and children. Chronic, unmanaged stress affects all aspects of life?home and work?including sleep, family relationships, and professional interactions. Everyone experiences stress, but not everyone invests the time necessary to ensure long-term positive mental health, similar to completing physical therapy to work through knee pain or doing regular physical exercise to prevent other problems from developing. Therapy with me will be straightforward, goal-directed, and solution-focused.
