What should a new client know about working with you?

I have training in trauma-focused behavioral therapy to address trauma with children and teenagers. I use interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and cognitive processing therapy (CPT). I focus a lot on the therapeutic relationship and meet clients wherever they are when they come into session. My office is a safe space for anyone to come exactly as they are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My specialties include suicidal ideation/self-harm, bipolar, PTSD, and sexual abuse. Life can be really challenging sometimes, especially after a trauma, and it's okay to have someone to work alongside you through these challenges. Healing is difficult, but I would love to help you on your journey.
