I bring warmth, honesty, and a little casualness to our work together. I'm also neurodivergent myself, so I know firsthand what it's like to navigate a brain that works a little differently. That lived experience makes me a better therapist , not just a more empathetic one, but a more real one. I'm the kind of therapist who will laugh with you, be straight with you, and when you're ready, go to the deeper and harder places right alongside you. With experience spanning from early childhood all the way through older adulthood, I've had the privilege of working with people across every stage of life and across a wide range of needs. No matter where you're starting from, my goal is always the same : to meet you where you are and grow with you throughout the process.
