Hello, my name is Jessica Massey, LPCC, and I am licensed in Kentucky with 8 years of professional experience. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. I have worked with many different populations in the community mental health setting. I love to be active, spend time with my girls, and create positive memories. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I have used various therapeutic approaches, including CBT and EMDR, both of which have proven very effective. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to provide a safe and healing space as I support you in that process.

You deserve a safe space to heal and grow as we are not designed to handle pain alone. Through the therapy process, you will learn how to transform your wounds to wellness. Connecting with your inner self is such a beautiful thing and the result is life-changing. Understanding your perceptions will help you realize your own reality. Connecting to your emotions and beliefs with self-compassion will be encouraged. Gaining self-awareness and feeling true joy will be gained in the therapy process. Choosing self-growth can be scary but also shows courage so let's explore you and start this journey together!
