My approach My therapeutic approach combines humanistic and client-centered therapy along with other interventions to help identify your strengths and use those to accomplish your goals. Therapy will be a safe space for you to explore your own personal growth and move you in the direction of self-actualization. I will provide empathy, validation, reflective listening, and unconditional positive regard while helping you gain self-understanding. My focus If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or just trying to figure life out, we can work to develop coping skills, set goals, and empower you to overcome any of these. Together, we will develop a plan for your personal growth and self-understanding. My communication style My priority is creating a safe space for you that allows you to feel supported. I will provide reflective listening and validation so you know that you are heard and valued. I will use mindfulness and presence to foster warm and empathic listening. My journey to mental healthcare I have always been fascinated with humans and our stories. I have a genuine curiosity that led me into the therapeutic field. Over the course of my graduate work, I learned that it is a privilege to be able to come alongside another human and be a witness to their life journey and emotional experience. I hope to take the knowledge and experience that I have gained to help fellow humans become the best versions of themselves.
