“I have been seeing Jessica for 6 months now and I don’t think I could speak more highly of her techniques, attention to detail, and overall just level of care and support I’ve experienced with her over that short time. I had been to previous therapists over the years without much success and Jessica completely flipped the script on those experiences and surprised me! She is often coming up with new things to try to help nudge my healing forward and has helped me become aware of patterns and mannerisms that have developed over a long time that may be holding me back from fully moving forward. She also just fosters a really warm and welcoming environment in her sessions which have been a dramatic and great change of pace from the previous experiences in therapy I’ve had where I felt It was more dry and detached. Again while I’ve only been seeing Jessica for 6 months with more work to do, I can feel the progress I’ve made in healing while with her so far and couldn’t recommend her more. ”

What should a new client know about working with you?

There is nothing wrong with you. My practice centers around the belief that people are inherently good and trying their best. But, circumstances or our environment aren't always conducive for living our best life. If you are feeling disempowered, disconnected, burnt out, unmotivated and generally disillusioned by the world: I am here for you. I don't give advice. I give space. I specialize in helping folks embody their authenticity, cope with compassion fatigue, care giver distress, and grief. I do this by utilizing ecotherapy, narrative, somatic work, and experiential practices to hold space for clients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect a collaborative approach to this healing process as we co-create a safe forum for raising awareness around the ways you are currently experiencing life, getting in touch with the truest expression of yourself, and cultivating the life you know you are meant to live. Contact me today and let me join you in your path to self-discovery!

I saw Jessica for a little less than a year, and found that I learned so much about myself during that time. Jessica is very kind, open, and accepting. Over time, I felt very safe to discuss things with her that I normally would not.
Jessica's gifts as a therapist can be felt immediately in her quality of attention and her presence. She responds entirely to what you bring in the moment, and is open, curious, and loving in helping you explore what's going on in your mind and body. I recommend her highly for anyone who is looking for a therapist who can hold space with you to help you feel, heal, and grow.
I feel Jessica creates a safe space that encourages and facilitates self-trust, expression, reflection, openness, and acceptance. She provides keen observations of physical responses/reactions, offers variation and introspective exercises, and serves as a great soundboard. I have found my experience with her to be incredibly helpful, illuminating, and inspiring.
Jessica Morgan’s experiential approach is thoughtful, provocative and insightful. She is skillful in teasing out root thoughts and troublesome issues.
I have been participating in regular therapy sessions with Jessica for just shy of one year, and I very, very highly recommend her services. She is compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. I have never been in therapy before, and I didn't know what to expect. I'm extremely grateful to have fallen into Jessica's care. She is bereft of judgment, and I found I naturally grew comfortable sharing my feelings and perspectives. She often challenges me to notice and observe the body and its connection to the mind. Jessica also encourages various creative mindfulness exercises that continue to have an overwhelmingly positive effect on my overall wellbeing. Through various practices, she guides me in caring for myself so that I can continue to care for others. She has been particularly helpful in lending her proficiency in ecotherapy, mental illness, and addiction. Jessica shows up to every session as a genuinely attentive professional equipped with the expertise and empathy to relate to your human experience and offer a shining light to your true self.
