She provides psychoeducation to help clients identify and achieve small, doable goals that build a foundation for lasting change. Sessions are currently offered face-to-face, via telehealth, or as walk and talk. Jessica lives in Coronado with her husband, a military veteran. She has three older stepchildren and is passionate about moving her body, enjoying the outdoors, being on the water, and playing pickleball and golf.
