Getting to know Jessica Mulberry

Hello, I'm Jess. My mission as a therapist is to help you realize that you are never too lost or too broken to heal, thrive, love, and be loved in return. I understand that neurological disorders and medication can play a role, but I firmly believe that many of our daily struggles stem from our attachment relationships with ourselves and others, as well as unhealed trauma that we may or may not be aware of in our lives. With over 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of populations. My journey began even before earning my master's degree and becoming a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. I started by working with adolescents in residential facilities, which eventually led to supporting families both in and out of their homes. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds, including children, teens, families, and couples of all ages. I am particularly passionate about relationships of all kinds. I aim to help parents, couples, and children break trauma cycles and create the lives they want, developing healthy skills and tools for their day-to-day lives. My approach is collaborative, attachment-based, and solution-focused, utilizing a multi-modal approach with techniques tailored to your unique needs. The strength it takes to make that first step in reaching out for help is truly amazing, and I am so glad you are making it. I look forward to working with you on your journey towards healing mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
