While earning my UW masters in youth and adolescent psychology, I conducted my clinical practicum at Seattle Children’s Hospital where I received specialized training in the delivery of evidence-based practices including Exposure/Response Prevention Treatment (E/RP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of OCD, anxiety, phobias, trichotillomania, tics, and co-occurring conditions including depression, ADHD, chronic pain, and body dysmorphia. I approach the therapeutic relationship holistically and collaboratively, and I enjoy working with adolescents and adults on their journey to improve their quality of life and develop their skills and confidence for managing life’s challenges. In addition to being an LMHCA, I’m a licensed pharmacist.
