I like taking therapy from Dr Owen. She doesn't judge and is very easy to open up to. It is barely the start of my therapy with her but I have high hopes from my counseling sessions with her because of three reasons:
A- Although I am at the very onset with my journey with her, she is easy to talk to and I have already shared stuff with her that I wouldn't dream of sharing with another human being!
B- She is a PhD so she obviously knows her subject well!!!
C- Talking to her gives me Hope and leaves me feeling lighter and happier!
