Hello and thank you for stopping by my profile! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), earning my Master’s Degree from Salem State University. I have vast experience with counseling children, adolescents, adults, families, and geriatric clients. My practice is based in the belief that mental health is a large part of overall wellness! I strive to be a provider that can assist clients in finding their best self, at any stage of life. I am passionate about working with all individuals with a culturally competent, and sensitive approach.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I custom fit my therapeutic approach to each individual client, recognizing that the world is changing more rapidly than ever before. Clients need a safe space to identify and discuss the challenges they are coping with. Modalities I use are Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation, & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
