Psychotherapist
205 Ave I Ste 28, Los Angeles, CA
Starting therapy can come from many places—feeling overwhelmed, navigating change or loss, or wanting a deeper understanding of yourself. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to support you in working through what you’re going through and beginning to feel more like yourself again. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and recovering from trauma. I also support those looking to strengthen their family relationships. My work includes exploring identity shaped by culture, family, and intergenerational experiences. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher, which continues to shape how I connect, support, and engage with clients. I’m warm, approachable, and genuine—I like to bring creativity and even a bit of humor into our work. Building a real and trusting relationship is important to me. I create a space where you can be yourself openly and without judgment. I integrate evidence-based approaches while honoring your experiences, helping you notice patterns, build practical tools, and respond to difficult thoughts and emotions with more acceptance and compassion. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk through what’s bringing you in. You can expect a calm, supportive space where you don’t need to have everything figured out. I'll spend some time understanding your challenges as well as your strengths. It’s also a chance for us to get a feel for each other and see if we’re a good fit!
