Hi! I'm Jessica! Do you feel like you don't have enough time to take care of yourself? Are you giving so much to others that there's no time left for you? Are some of these relationships one-sided and go against your personal boundaries?
I have a passion for helping individuals identify and shift patterns that no longer serve them, heal from toxic relationships, and explore their true identity. I hold a Master's in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you on this journey.
A safe and nurturing space is what I strive to cultivate for my clients. In my opinion, this must come first in order to set the foundation for a successful therapeutic experience. I'm so excited to start working with you!
What should a new client know about working with you?
My clients can expect to feel supported, validated, heard, and empowered after each session. Together, we will come up with a plan after each session that will carry them until we meet again. We will also discuss plans to decrease sessions/discharge when the client feels ready.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
