Decreasing your current negative symptoms is the first step to jumpstart your therapeutic journey. Utilizing my background in CBT and knowledge of numerous therapeutic orientations, we will tackle your challenges with evidence-based approaches. Ultimately, we will find, utilize, and maintain coping skills and strategies to help you flourish. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Art Therapy from Springfield College (2012), focusing on the therapeutic nature of the creative arts. I then obtained my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College, City University of New York (2014), which expanded my interest and knowledge of various psychological orientations, techniques, studies, and theorists. In 2017, I obtained my New York State Licensure in Mental Health Counseling. Lastly, I obtained Diagnostic Privilege from New York State in 2025.
