I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Stony Brook University and a Trauma Informed Life Coach. I aim to give hope to those who feel paralyzed by intense emotions, haunted by the pain of their trauma. I believe you can be freed from your emotional pain by turning that pain into power and beginning to live a life of fulfillment, joy, and freedom. I empower my clients to transform emotional pain into a source of power. My approach is nothing short of transformative, as I guide my clients toward a brighter, more empowered future.
