Getting to know Jessica Reinhardt

I am a Clinical Social Worker based in Brooklyn, New York. I pride myself on providing a warm and empathic environment where my clients can explore and process without judgment or attachment to outcomes. As an LCSW and a CASAC, I have a unique and holistic lens through which to view symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic symptoms, grief, trauma, and substance use. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Hunter College, which has further enriched my approach. My focus is on helping my clients gain a greater sense of themselves, their values, and live in alignment with them. My therapeutic style is both interactive and relational, working in partnership to increase skills, identify goals, boost motivation, and improve relationships. My background is primarily in behavioral modalities including CBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy; however, I like to weave in other relational theories.
