I'm Jessica, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 17 years of experience helping high-achieving women, leaders, and professionals manage anxiety that often goes unseen by the people around them. My clients are usually the ones everyone else relies on: the dependable colleague, the steady parent, the person who always has it handled while privately running on overdrive, rarely permitting themselves to slow down. I specialize in working with high-performing women and leaders whose anxiety shows up as constant overthinking, perfectionism, difficulty switching off at the end of the day, or an underlying fear of dropping the ball. Sometimes it looks like racing thoughts before a big meeting or presentation. Sometimes it's the tension that follows you home from work and doesn't ease up, even on weekends. And sometimes it's simply the quiet exhaustion of always being "on" for your team, your family, and everyone who counts on you. Together, we'll work to understand your specific anxiety patterns, what triggers them, how they show up in your body and your thinking, and what's actually maintaining them so we can shift them at the root, rather than just managing symptoms week to week. My style is warm, direct, and practical. I'm not interested in therapy that circles a problem for months without traction. I want you to leave each session with concrete language and tools you can use immediately, whether that's in a high-stakes meeting, a difficult conversation, or simply trying to fall asleep with a quieter mind. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I bring the same standards I hold for my own life: discipline, clarity, and follow-through into how I show up for my clients.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I applaud you for taking the first and maybe the most difficult step toward better understanding the root of your problem and finding the solution to it. I strive to offer a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment as we work together to find the way out of your struggles. As we work together you will learn different tools to manage life situations that may now cause overwhelm. Self-awareness is key in understanding where we are and where we need to go. Through a holistic approach we focus on the whole person and identify all the areas that currently work toward your goal and also those that might need redirection or reframing.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
