What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is supportive, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions using CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT. Together, we'll build practical coping tools, increase insight, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable and authentic to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You can expect a supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented space to explore challenges, build insight, and strengthen coping skills. Sessions may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, Solution-Focused Therapy to build on strengths and create achievable goals, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to increase mindfulness and change.
