My name is Jessica Savage, owner of Savage Counseling Services, LLC. I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with approximately six years of experience working as a therapist. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. I have worked in a variety of settings, including substance use treatment facilities, schools, and community mental health centers. I have helped individuals, couples, and families address issues related to adjusting to life changes, depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. During our sessions, we'll spend time discussing self-care and what that looks like for you. I believe that identifying our needs is essential in moving forward and accomplishing what we want out of life. My self-care includes enjoying colorful Colorado when I can, walking my dog, reading books, connecting with others, or spending time by water.
