Every counselor has a unique style; I tend to be action orientated. You will direct our sessions based on your needs for that day and I will work to seamlessly come along side you by integrating clinical skills so you feel encouraged, enlightened, and motivated toward whatever is next.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

While every session will be tailored to your current needs, I tend to take a client centered, trauma informed, strength based, approach. My goal is for you to feel increasingly grounded, centered, hopeful, and energized towards what is desired, possible, and beneficial.
