Psychotherapist
CO
With over eight years of experience working directly with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, I’ve witnessed the depth and complexity of the human experience. My work as a therapist has not only allowed me to support others in their healing journeys, but has also invited me to explore my own path—deepening my understanding of self-love, authenticity, and purpose. These personal and professional insights led me to create Heartfelt Holistic Healing, a practice grounded in the belief that healing is not just about treating symptoms—it’s about getting to the root of what’s really going on. I approach therapy holistically, recognizing the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. At Heartfelt Holistic Healing, I emphasize mindfulness, self-awareness, and intentional living. I believe that when we slow down, breathe, and become present with ourselves, we can begin to release limiting beliefs, self-judgment, and the emotional wounds we’ve carried. Breathwork, nature, and authentic connection are foundational tools in my work, supporting clients in reducing stress, cultivating peace, and finding clarity. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Nebraska Omaha and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My background includes work in both school and private practice settings, and I specialize in issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, grief, and self-esteem. I incorporate a range of evidence-based and integrative approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, SFT, EFT (tapping), and emotionally focused therapy, alongside holistic and nature-based practices.
