I have been a clinician for over 23 years; previously working in Mobile Crisis and currently in an Adult outpatient setting for the past 15 years. I take a holistic approach tailored to each client,based on their specific needs, utilizing CBT,DBT, motivational interviewing harm reduction and/or solution focus therapy. I have extensive experience treating depression; anxiety suicidal thoughts; sleep impairment substance use legal involvement parenting/caregiving, PTSD ,bipolar disorder and psychosis.
