Getting to know Jessica Conley
I offer virtual therapy for children ages 7-10 and young adult women ages 20-30 years old experiencing anxiety. I empower high-functioning women to overcome the burden of anxiety. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and a Bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, cooking, reading about psychology or fitness/nutrition, and weight lifting. Let's work together to achieve YOUR goals!
What should a new client know about working with you?
After our first session, I will determine if I can meet your needs. Then, you can expect to start by building rapport, getting to know you, and eventually engaging in a discussion of your personal goals and identifying potential barriers that may get in the way of reaching your goals.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
