I draw from a variety of other approaches as well that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family System Theory. I am firm believer in using humor in therapy and creating a safe space to build trust. My focus I work with teenagers and adults who require support in managing stress, trauma, anxiety and depression, just to name a few. I can support your needs through processing your thoughts, feelings and behaviors in session as well as assisting you in making connections to heal and grow as a person. My communication style I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment for you to speak freely and share what is in your heart. My journey to mental healthcare I have been in the field of social work for the past ten years, with the last five being involved in mental health. I was drawn to becoming a provider of therapy after building strong, supportive connections with my clients and seeing a greater need for mental health services to treat a variety of issues.
