What should a new client know about working with you?

I am empathetic with a direct approach. My goal is to help you find solutions to your current struggles. I help you with this by noticing the powerful exceptions that exist and how to help them appear more in your life. Finding the ineffective patterns in your communication and helping shape them into something different and more effective so you feel heard by those around you and empowered to make those changes for yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In general, the goal is to help you feel comfortable so you are able to open up about what is causing stress in your life. I lead a guided session with immediate feedback by the end of the first session. The goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard and hopeful for your future self.
