Psychotherapist
FL
Let me tell you a little about myself as a therapist. I have a heart for helping those who have suffered sexual abuse, as well as those struggling with anxiety and depression. I understand the challenges of healing from trauma and mental health struggles because I've been there myself. When I was 16, my parents divorced, and I struggled with anxiety and depression. Despite that, I worked and went to college. My personal experience with sexual assault has given me a deep understanding of the difficulties in healing from such trauma. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, equipping me with the skills to support my clients effectively. I bring my personal experiences and passion to my practice. Clients can trust I am genuine, caring, and always have their best interests at heart. I am warm and empathetic, truly understanding life's struggles, and I'm not here to judge. I show up as my authentic self with an open heart and mind, always willing to be a supportive, non-judgmental ally. In session, I strive to connect on a human level and bring a bit of sass to empower clients in their journey. My goal is to improve mood and prevent mental illness. I am dedicated to providing the best mental health services and therapy for each individual I work with. When not in session, you can find me exploring the outdoors and enjoying traveling, hiking, paddleboarding, and rock climbing. And, of course, spending quality time with my mini schnauzers, Bailey and Caly. If you're ready to take control of your mental health and live the life you deserve, I invite you to join me on this journey. Let's work together to find the healing, growth, and happiness you deserve.
