During therapy, her goal is to help clients discover their strengths, increase positive coping skills, build support systems, and develop healthy lifestyles to set the foundation for life success. Her approach helps identify negative thought patterns, understand their origins, and work to change them. She does this every day to design a plan for mind, body, and spirit to heal the past, create the future clients want, and optimize overall mental fitness. When she isn’t working, Jessica loves reading, spin classes, dogs, rabbits, yoga, meditation, coffee, and tea. She enjoys spending time with her family and hanging out with friends.
