What should a new client know about working with you?

I integrate therapeutic counseling and motivational approaches to meet the unique needs of the client. Approaches include a combination of Goal-Directed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Each person's road to one’s best self is unique and personal. I help the individual find and pave their way along that journey.
