Hello, I'm Jessie. My counseling experience spans both mental health and addiction treatment, in inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma responses, mood disorders, impulsivity, interpersonal conflicts, and life changes. I aim to help my clients process adverse life experiences and identify unhealthy core beliefs that contribute to current life stressors affecting both the mind and body. Coming to therapy can be intimidating, which is why I strive to always show my clients sincerity, compassion, and empathy in a judgment-free zone. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I am also trained in EMDR, which can be particularly effective for those dealing with trauma and PTSD.
