“Jessie has been my guiding light through the ups and downs of dealing with anxiety and depression. From our first session, she welcomed me with acceptance and a comforting smile. It wasn't just about talking to her; it was like confiding in a trusted friend who truly understood. She has helped me untangle the mess of emotions I have experienced and made sense of why I have always felt the need to please others and struggle with communication. But more than that, Jessie shows me that it's okay to be vulnerable, to let my guard down, and to express myself without fear of judgment. What sets Jessie apart is her genuine care and concern for my well-being. It's not just a job for her; it's a calling rooted in compassion and empathy. Each session feels like a safe haven where I could shed my mask and just be me. I can't recommend Jessie enough to anyone considering therapy. She's not just a counselor; she's been my guiding light through the darkest of times, helping me find my way back to myself. With Jessie by your side, you're not just getting help with your mental health; you're gaining a true ally in your journey towards healing and self-discovery.”

“Jessie is wonderful. She is very compassionate, welcoming, and non-judgmental. Unlike some past counselors/therapists, she is constantly giving me new exercises to try so that I can figure out what works for me. The doesn't just listen, she actively finds ways for me to actually work through my issues instead of just living with them.”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

She is so amazing, our time together is great. I wish our sessions were longer just because we get so much good things and then have to cut it off. She lets me lead the session if I feel up to it and if not she leads. She also validates be and challenges me and gives me tips on how to function daily life. Overall an amazing experience
Jessi is very knowledgeable and understands how to help people overcome anxiety and negative self talk. I truly appreciate all she has already helped me with in our short time together so far
