I am a compassionate therapist who helps children, adolescents, and adults who feel overwhelmed with worry, loneliness, sadness, and interpersonal conflict. My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, trauma and stressor-related disorder, ADHD, and autism. I am passionate about social justice and supporting members of the BIPOC community. I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach and provide you with resources that help strengthen your protective factors. I help you understand and recognize triggers, develop healthy coping skills, and take steps to integrate these skills into your daily routines. I provide a warm and judgment-free atmosphere for you to express yourself. I meet you where you are at mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I encourage you to engage in the therapeutic process with self-compassion and self-perseverance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation where you briefly tell me about your presenting concerns and I answer any questions you may have about the process. We will also discuss logistics in terms of insurance, out-of-pocket payment options, and scheduling needs.
