What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe healing begins with being heard. As a compassionate and client-centered therapist, I provide a supportive space where individuals can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Specializing in talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based form of psychotherapy that helps people identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. It is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected and by changing unhelpful thinking patterns, we can improve emotional well-being and make healthier choices. I also specialize in loss and grief as I assist clients with processing pain, navigating life’s challenges, and building resilience. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. By integrating compassionate care with practical strategies, I work collaboratively to foster resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

With a deep understanding of how loss and trauma shape our lives, I guide clients toward healing through meaningful conversation, evidence-based strategies, and personalized support. Whether working through grief, past trauma, or daily struggles, I assist in empowering clients to reclaim their strength, reframe negative patterns, and find a renewed sense of hope. Beyond the therapy room, I am passionate about ongoing learning, self-care, and fostering a compassionate community. I enjoy cooking and gardening. I am very excited about painting pictures, mainly mountains and sealine oil paintings. Life Doesn’t Come with Instructions and You don’t have to go through this alone—let’s navigate your healing journey together. Let’s work together to support your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

I did not see this provider. He cancelled my appointment claiming the time was taken. Offered me another time, then said that wasn’t taken & when I cancelled the appointment he offered me the original time that I booked & I declined.
