Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy for adolescents, college students, and adults in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating an eating disorder or ARFID, struggling with body image, managing ADHD, working through relationship challenges, or adjusting to a major life transition, we'll work together to better understand what's keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to help you move forward. My approach is tailored to each individual and draws from evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) when appropriate. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big first step, and I'm honored to be part of that journey. I look forward to helping you build a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect therapy to feel collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and build the tools you need to create meaningful change. Some sessions may focus on processing difficult emotions or life experiences, while others may be more skill-based and centered on learning practical strategies you can apply between sessions. I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, goals, and pace, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable showing up as your authentic self. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling supported, with greater clarity, insight, or a concrete takeaway that helps you move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll ask questions about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to gain from treatment. We'll also discuss any questions you have about the therapy process so that you feel informed and comfortable moving forward. After the initial assessment, we'll work together to develop goals that are meaningful to you. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may include exploring thoughts and emotions, identifying unhelpful patterns, developing coping skills, practicing new strategies, or working through challenges as they arise. I also encourage clients to apply what we discuss between sessions so that progress continues outside of the therapy room. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll regularly check in on your goals and adjust our approach as your needs evolve. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and equipped with tools that can help you in your daily life.
